Post to Twitter is a Safari 5+ extension for Mac users. This extension, with Twitter for Mac, makes your Twitter experience on the Mac, I think, a whole lot better. (Full Disclosure: I got the icon(s) from the package contents of the Twitter.app. I didn’t want to make new icons for the extension. So hopefully the tweeps at Twitter won’t yell at me. If they do, I’ll change it, but until then enjoy! )
What Post to Twitter does:
— Installs a toolbar icon in the Safari browser, and once clicked on, you can post to twitter the current page you are on with a title and link.
— Allows you to post to twitter the current page with a title and link by right clicking anywhere on the page and clicking on “Post page to twitter.”
— Allows you to post to twitter a selected text that points to a link by right clicking on the selected text/link and clicking on “Post link to twitter.”
- NEW IN 1.0.1: Use the Ctrl+t keyboard shortcut to tweet the page or selected text.

Enable Safari Extensions and then double click to install the extension after downloading.

You should be using Mac OS X 10.6.6 and have Twitter for Mac installed.
